We have rebranded Webtrol to signify the shift in our company focus – to be customer-centric.
While the old branding focused on our products, our new branding focuses on our customers. Our tagline “There when you need us most” has a very strategic and purposeful position. It is centered on finding a way to help our customers rather than sell them a product. Our key differentiator is service with the sale in the form of lead time, support, and quality! We want our customers and future customers to know this.
The new tagline “There when you need us most” refers to our emphasis on personal service and being there for you when you need help. It also implies the confidence associated with using quality products.
The new branding includes a logo that evokes a feeling of energy and motion. It graphically depicts centrifugal force – the basis for the Webtrol line of water pumps – through a stylized spinning ellipse.
All the Webtrol product lines were also given an identity by creating logos for each.
Thinking differently by using intense red separates us from our competitors where the industry standard color is blue.
