In 2018 a homeowner contacted Webtrol looking to replace his 35-year-old 18gpm, 2hp, 3-wire pump and was insistent on having another Webtol. At that time, we did not have a licensed dealer in the area and explained to him that we do not sell to end-users.
But we were able to solve his problem! Our South East salesman reached out to a well driller, Mr. W, who was located near the homeowner and been kind enough to meet with us a few times over the past 2 ½ years. Mr. W. thanked us for reaching out and said he would appreciate the work. We emailed the homeowner the list price of the pump he wanted, and we referred him to Mr. W. Based on that experience, Mr. W became a customer.

We don’t sell to online retailers
