The Sales Engineer's Role
A Sales Engineer at Weber Industries is the go-to for the entire team and our partners. They have spent years obtaining industry knowledge and strive to add to this skill set through continual education. They are the first people that our partners turn to when looking for someone to consult with on challenging projects.
Always on the hunt, our team has insight into potential projects that could be coming down the pipeline. Not afraid to get dirty, our sales engineers consistently make site visits and are willing to jump in when their expertise is needed.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a spirited, self-motivated individual who has the ambition to succeed and contribute to our growth. Education is a must, with no less than a BS in Engineering (or related field) or equivalent work experience. Background in the water / wastewater industry is desired.
Having clear, and effective, written as well as verbal communication skills is crucial. Must believe in providing an unsurpassed customer experience and the importance of your role on the team.
