The National Territory Mangers Role

 

National Territory Managers at Weber Industries are not seen as sales reps, but as authorities in their field. They focus on developing their trade knowledge so partners turn to them for advice. They are experts on their accounts and craft accurate forecasts accounting for the probability of prospective new business.

 

They are our partners’ main point of contact and ensure that the entire team has the right knowledge to serve the account by composing an accurate and current depiction in our ERP system.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Foster relationships within existing partners

  • Establish new relationships with potential partners

  • Construct precise sales forecast and pipeline

  • Manage territory issues and concerns

  • Support marketing efforts by providing current conditions, as well as market trends

  • Compose an accurate and current account picture in ERP system
